Course Refunds

  1. Eligibility for Refunds
    We offer a refund for courses within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have not completed more than 25% of the course content. If you have already completed a significant portion of the course, we regret that a refund will not be possible.

  2. How to Request a Refund
    If you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at info@christianlearninghub.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” Be sure to include your order details, such as your course name and transaction ID.

  3. Processing Time
    Once your refund request is received and verified, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  4. Non-Refundable Cases
    Refunds are not available in the following situations:

    • If you have completed more than 25% of the course content.
    • If you have received a certificate of completion for the course.
    • If the course was purchased as part of a bundle or special offer.
  5. Course Cancellations
    If Christian Learning Hub cancels a course for any reason, you will be fully refunded, regardless of your progress in the course.
